The fastest way to contact MamaTool is by email. Send your message to [email protected] and we will read it personally. You can also use the form below. It opens your own email app with the message already written, so nothing you type is stored on our website.
Expected Response Time
We aim to reply to every message within 2 to 3 business days. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer. If you have not heard from us after a week, please check your spam folder and send a short follow-up, because occasionally replies are filtered by email providers.
Reporting a Bug
If a tool is not working the way you expect, the details you share help us fix it quickly. Please include as much of the following as you can:
- The tool name and page address, for example the Regex Tester or the Image Compressor.
- What you did: the exact steps, the values you entered or the type of file you used.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Your browser and device, such as Chrome 130 on Windows 11 or Safari on an iPhone.
- A screenshot if you can attach one. Please remove anything private first.
Please do not send passwords, personal documents or confidential files. We never need them to investigate a problem, and a short sample or a description is almost always enough.
Suggesting a Feature or a New Tool
MamaTool grows through suggestions from the people who use it. If you have an idea, tell us what you are trying to accomplish, not only which tool you want. For example, "I need to check how long my script will take to read aloud" tells us more than "add a new counter". Good suggestions usually describe a task that many people perform, can run entirely in the browser without an account and have a clear right answer. We cannot promise to build every request, but we read them all and keep a running list that guides our roadmap.
You can also tell us about improvements to existing pages, such as a missing unit in the Unit Converter, a clearer explanation, a typo or a translation issue.
Advertising, Partnerships and Guest Articles
We are open to relevant, honest collaborations. If you represent a company or creator and think your work would genuinely help our visitors, send a short introduction and explain how. For guest articles, we only publish original, useful, non-promotional writing related to our tool categories: text, calculators, development, security, images and productivity. We do not sell links, publish sponsored posts that are disguised as editorial content or accept casino, adult or misleading health offers.
Privacy and Your Messages

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer support by phone or live chat?
No. MamaTool is a small independent project, so email is our only support channel. That lets us give each message the attention it needs.
Can you recover text or files I lost while using a tool?
Unfortunately not. Our tools process information locally in your browser, and we never receive a copy of it. For the To-Do List and notes, your data is saved in your own browser storage, so clearing your browser data will remove it. We recommend using the download or copy buttons for anything important.
Are the tools really free?
Yes. Every tool is free to use with no sign-up and no usage limits. The site is supported by advertising.
Can I use MamaTool results in my business or school work?
Generally yes, but please read our Disclaimer. Calculators give estimates and should not replace professional advice for medical, legal or financial decisions.
I found incorrect information on a page. What should I do?
Please email us with the page address and the part that looks wrong. We take accuracy seriously and will review and correct confirmed errors.
Why did my message bounce or go unanswered?
Check that you used the address [email protected] exactly. If it still fails, try again from a different email provider, and mention the problem in the new message.
